The hotel occupies a 19th-century factory building, and the rooms have high ceilings that create a spacious loft atmosphere. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower and a safety deposit box. Family rooms offer multiple single beds instead of bunk beds, and some rooms are wheelchair accessible.

A complimentary breakfast buffet is served from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM daily, allowing late risers to eat before noon. The buffet includes bread rolls, cereals, cold meats, cheese, vegetables, pancakes with toppings, yogurt, and waffles. No hot food such as eggs or sausages is offered, but the selection is refreshed during serving hours.

The hotel sits in the Prenzlauer Berg district, with the Hufelandstraße tram stop a five-minute walk away. Trams run directly to Alexanderplatz Square in about eight minutes, operating 24 hours a day. Guests can walk eight minutes to Volkspark Friedrichshain Park or ten minutes to Kollwitzplatz Square with its bars and restaurants.
